The 2013 Hoosiers Outrun Cancer will once again support the important work of the Olcott Center for Cancer Education. Year after year cancer survivors, their family and friends, big teams, small teams, athletes, leisurely walkers and many volunteers gather to volunteer, honor, and remember. Through the Bloomington Hospital Foundation and Hoosiers Outrun Cancer patients and their families can learn more about cancer prevention, early detection, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. All services are offered free of charge.
This is where your support of Hoosiers Outrun Cancer and the Olcott Center begins! Please join us as more than 5,000 individuals gather on Saturday, September 28, 2013 for this community event.
Team Captains, do you want to outrun cancer with strength in numbers? Register your Hoosiers Outrun Cancer team of any size. All efforts make a huge difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.
Can't be with us race day? Be part of the fun without the run! If you wish to support Hoosiers Outrun Cancer without being a race participant, become a Spirit Runner. All contributions make a difference.
This year Hoosiers Outrun Cancer has added an exciting component to fundraising for the IU Health Olcott Center – Friends Asking Friends. Participants are encouraged to fundraise by simply reaching out to friends and family to raise awareness for Hoosiers Outrun Cancer.
