About Teams
Teams are crucial to the success of Hoosiers Outrun Cancer! Each year more than 150 teams are created – in honor, in memory, for fun or just for the bragging rights!

What is a team? A team is any group of four or more who would like to participate as a group. (Note: children under 6 years of age are free but must have a completed registration/waiver form. Children DO count as team members.

Designate one person to serve as the Team Captain. The Team Captain will create the team name during registration which automatically adds it to the list on the race registration page. The team captain will have online access to the team roster and tools to email the team as a group.

Each individual participant who would like to join the team must select the team from the list and then must complete a race registration and acknowledge the liability waiver. For ease of registration, multiple registrations may be processed under a single payment.
Team Registration Deadline
All teams and their team members must be registered by Wednesday, September 7, by 4 p.m.
Early TEAM Packet Pickup
Each Team Captain may request to pick up his/her team packets to distribute on race day. The location for early pick up is TBD.

Early pick up is on Wednesday, September 14, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please email Lauren Dexter, ldexter1@iuhealth.org to request early team packet pick up.

Otherwise, individuals can pick up their materials on Friday, September 16, (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or Saturday, September 17, (7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.) at the IU Memorial Stadium.

Important: Team materials will not be pre-batched for pickup unless prior arrangements have been made by September 9.
